First and foremost I would like to start with saying that words can not truly describe how…read morefantastic Brandon was to work with and I couldn't imagine our first home buying experience with anyone else. I will never use another Realtor in Austin as long as he is around. My partner and I were referred to Brandon through a family friend. After awhile of really mulling the idea over on whether or not we wanted to buy a house, we figured we would reach out to him to get the ball rolling. Within an hour of sending the email to introduce myself Brandon wrote back and was immediately enthusiastic about working with us. We decided to meet up and explain what we were interested in, price ranges, and location and the searches started soon after. Brandon was seriously the most patient and positive person through out this entire process. We ended up working with him for over 7 months and looked at so many houses I lost count. But, no matter how long we worked together or how many houses we looked at, Brandon never let us get discouraged and would always promise that his mission would be to help find the perfect first home for us. As first time home buyers this market is overwhelming to say the least. Brandon was not a salesman in any way. He never pushed us to go with a house that we did not like, never tried to do a hard sell, and always left the ball in our court. He was the guidance we needed when we had no idea where to go. He would always lay out and pros and the cons and would speak up when the hard truth needed to be heard. We walked away trusting and valuing Brandon's opinion as much as we do with our own families. He took a lot of the stress away from one of the most stressful events in a persons life. Again, words can't describe how great the experience is while working with Brandon. If anyone ever asks for a reference for a realtor, I will only lead them Brandon's way. I am confident that the experience we had was exactly what everyone else will receive, and everyone deserves to have someone like him to walk this path with.

Charging me for bulbs outside that were not there when I moved in. Charging me for "pest control" cause there was a spider web at the entrance. Charged for planks in the flooring that were loose- I have texts I sent them and video of the loose flooring when I moved in. Charged me for the lawn ...when I mowed it the day before I moved out. They wouldn't fix anything (our kitchen sink faucet would drip wasting water, they had someone come out to patch a settling crack in the drywall and never had someone come out and paint, the back door and front door never sealed properly and the back door handle was broken the screws on the handle where not screwed into anything, and the fence was in horrible condition, not to mention numerous problems with the next door tenant) when asked to address the issues we where told "oh we will fix that when you leave we don't want to do that while you're still here". We left the house cleaner then when we found it and they decided to nickel and dime us for repairs that where not our damage (it was the previous tenants, who also confirmed in writing that they caused the damage, Mitchel and his wife Lori where less then professional when handling it, to the point we where threatened by the wife Lori) If you are trying to rent a house they manage I implore you do think again and not make the mistake we did. You have been warned, they don't deserve the one star I had to give to leave this review.
