I am hyper sensitive and was going down all weekend. Instead of listening, the doctor and staff dismissed me saying there is no way it could be the allergy tests fault when I know indeed it is. I have never had a reaction like I have this weekend in my life. I am severely disappointed in this doctor. Run away if you are hyper sensitive life myself and expect a complete immune system shut down. They debunk all liability immediately. I also believe they did not check my chart and they shot me with pencillium - i am allergic to amoxcillin since i was a baby - and yet they still shot my arm with it.

Im sure doctors feel shafted but my insurance copay went up 15$ so they are getting more and now this 3 percent fee. Is this a huge amount? No. Not really. But if it's not a huge anount for me a retired person, I'm guessing a doctor can afford it too. I don't care for being nickeled and dimed.

It's a shame that there are probably one or two good admins there that are being held back by the rest of their miserable and untrained staff. Dr. Tolentino is one of my husband's cardiologists. He is very compassionate, care, professional,…read morerespectful, helpful, and always give the best treatment whenever my husband and I come here for his appointment and exam. My husband has a rare heart condition and need lots of treatment and attention since no cure for it. Its not common for his age to have this kind of rare heart condition. Dr. Tolentino always do exam thoroughly and even handled the insurance matter by himself because he doesn't want we got billed what we are not supposed to and make sure all treatments got covered from the insurance and not spend too many out of pocket amounts.
