Don't even try to deal with billing. Everything is a huge mission. They won't take my payment at the time of service, they say to wait until they process the insurance. Then I get emails, letters, and texts about my overdue balance. In 2025 I spend months trying to resolve a billing issue. No one calls you back and when you finally speak to someone you get different answers from everyone. Also you can't reach them on the phone because it goes to a call center.

Unfortunately billing practices are unusual that even if you have insurance they will charge the office visit and 20% copay upfront. So expect to pay a lot up front. The office would also benefit from stress reduction classes as the front desk staff is quite curt sarcastic and display quite a defensive attitude. I went to his Baptist Hospital office where he has a State of the Art Cat Scan that is built just for sinus viewing. The scan was basically a Chair you sit in and the Scanner goes around you head and takes it's pictures. The whole thing took about 60 seconds. The results were there immediately and the tech person E Mailed Dr Kronberg the Pictures and he called me right away and I was thankful all was well. It was star wars medicine. State of the Art and I am very thankful I have such a great Doctor. I don't know if other ENTs have this type of Equipment but I am thankful mines does.

I would definitely trust him to diagnose your sinus issues and come up with a solution that will work for you. The practice is very busy and you may have to wait, however be assured it is worth it. Or, call and request a first thing in the morning appt you can usually get in ASAP. One other thing that I was really appreciative about - my son needs sinus surgery and they were able to squeeze us in last minute so we wouldn't have to pay a high deductible for the following year. They really do everything they can to accomodate patients and get you better.
