Every question you ask of them is like you a bother to them. I have never experienced such a lack of unprofessionalism from a financial institution. I am surprised such a small town bank is still operating with the way they treat customers. The town of Llano is so friendly and quaint, but this particular bank in Llano is not! So I am wondering- does lLving Stone charge such a huge down payment, never deliver the product- bereaved family decide to go elsewhere, and just give up huge down payment? Living Stone has MANY unclaimed stones I would NEVER recommend this Company to anyone.
