It's so much nicer to be able to talk to someone in person then deal with people over the phone. His family has grown up here in Marble Falls and are local. I recommend stopping in and just having a talk with him. You can say hello to his dog that is always there. A golden Labrador, not very golden anymore, more of a gray and I swear that dog must be 50 years old.
