They are not reliable and even when they did perform the service the quality was poor at best. Almost weekly I had to ask if they were going to show up. After contacting them I would receive repeated confirmation that they were behind but that I would still receive my weekly service. They hardly ever showed. Excuse after excuse was provided (again only after I had to follow up with them). Avoid this business - they are not reliable.

They also was to remove a fountain, level it and plant grass to blend in with the yard. It was not done. The yard is still uneven and the grass seed grew weedy grass. They did nothing over the pond they removed. All the calls we made was answered with promises that they would return and fix it. Still waiting! We were told by Chester the owner that someone would come in spring. Still waiting!! Now it's up to us to fix it. We paid $3700 for nothing.
