Jerry and I explained what I needed, he assessed my problem and advised that I needed an new bracket which lifts the snug top up! I told Jerry please replace both brackets. He had them in inventory so I ok'd the work, enter technician Charlie who now had the brackets in hand and walked to my vehicle in the work bay.
