The men's restroom stenches of pot, no child should be subjected to that smell. I don't think the staff keep an eye on who was running into the restrooms. I saw many shady characters (drug-addict types) mixed in the bathroom with regular patrons and minors. I felt really anxious being in line for the stalls, the vibes were off. Some creeper would not come out of the restroom, he spent a long time taking up a stall and the smells got worse. Now, I will say the floor and sink were kept tidy given the amount of traffic coming in and out on a daily basis. Additionally, the convenience store section was well-stocked and orderly. I further appreciated the access to showers and designated fueling stations for truckers. I can tell this Love's was built with intent, they planned the entire station well. If you're hungry there's a Subway and Chester's inside the Love's. Lots of guys were buying a snack on the way out, the food looked hot and ready! Everything looked fresh and smelled great.

Pulled into the parking lot at McDonalds nearby and called this shop. We explained the situation, they were less than 5 minutes away and asked us to head over so the mechanics could take a look. The mechanics came out as soon as we pulled up, take a look, gave us a diag and an estimate within 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to obtain the parts for a couple days and we had to be in LA by morning. So no repair was done but they assured us it was safe to drive the vehicle back home to swap vehicles. They didn't charge anything for the diag and were very friendly and helpful!

The engine was running, but the truck wouldn't move. We pulled over to the shoulder of a very busy highway and started calling tow companies--most quoted a four-hour wait due to the holiday weekend. Then we reached A2Z Towing. What a difference! Despite being busy, they quoted just a one-hour wait--and showed up even sooner. Not only were we driving an extremely large truck, but we were also towing a trailer loaded with a Polaris, which meant we needed an exceptionally large tow rig to handle the job. The employees at this Love's have completely lost their minds. I've never seen such unprofessional,…read morehostile behavior from a business in my life. Sunday evening, driving back to California from Arizona, we had no choice but to stop and charge. Every charger was occupied, so like any normal person, we waited. An employee came out and told us we were not allowed to wait in line and demanded we leave the property. We calmly explained that this was the only viable charging stop and that leaving would literally mean risking running out of battery. They doubled down and insisted that everyone waiting for the Electrify America chargers had to leave because they "don't allow people to wait in their parking lot." It only escalated from there. One employee started cussing at us for not moving, then brought out another employee who proceeded to make the situation even more confrontational. Meanwhile, a charger had opened up--but instead of letting the next car pull in, the situation turned into complete chaos. Then, unbelievably, they called the police on a group of customers...for waiting in line for chargers. When the officer arrived, even she seemed to recognize how ridiculous the situation was. Claiming your life was threatened because customers are waiting to charge their vehicles is beyond absurd--it's embarrassing. Let's be clear: * If you're going to host EV chargers, you need to understand how they work. People wait. That's part of it. * Harassing customers and escalating to law enforcement for no legitimate reason is completely unacceptable. Love's has permanently lost my business. I will go out of my way to avoid this location--and I strongly recommend others do the same. At a minimum, this situation warrants a serious internal review and an apology.

As we traveled we tried to find a shop that would work on it but all were weeks or months out before they could look at it. When we got here and contacted RV Lifestyles they scheduled us in in a few days. Yes it's an older Lippert slide system and there have been problems with it. A motor was bad and one was ordered and a week passed before we could get a replacement motor delivered but but as soon as it arrived we brought the Coach back and Lifestyles jump right back on fixing it. After a full day of installing the new motor and trying to get it operating properly and numerous calls with Lippert it was decided we needed the other motor replaced. It was ordered and another week passed before arrival. This was installed and it then worked very well. We really want to thank RV Lifestyles for working hard to fix the problem and not giving up. If you're in or near Quartzsite and need service or a problem solved, we would recommend that you make these guys your first choice.

Found them on Yelp, reached out and was serviced the next day. Jesse fixed some electrical issues I was having and installed a new 18k AC unit for me. The communication was good, responsiveness was good and pricing was fair. They also installed the same unit on my coworkers 5th wheel, and he was equally happy. I would definitely recommend them for any RV related needs. If I wasn't leaving this town in a couple of days I would have them take care of some other issues as well.
