terrible!!! the technician that worked on my truck made 4 critical errors. one of which caused my engine to fail completely. they treated me like a criminal and denied any fault even after I pointed out 4critical failures with the work that was done. I understand that people make mistakes, they are human. but refusing to stand behind your work is just dishonest. I would never recommend them for anything. zero stars. read more

Driving cross country and light on dash shows low tire. One tire was really bad. Drove ahead to get air.. five gas stations and no air. Spotted the big Ford sign, pulled in and reception sent someone out to check tires while we enjoyed coffee and a clean restroom break. No charge, took less than 25 min and we were on our way. I can't begin to express my appreciation to John and his guys that at 4:10 pushed my car from where the tow truck dropped it to where they could work on it, in the bay, then spent about 45 minutes fixing and testing the connection at the output of the fuel filter. No more leaking gas! John was reassuring and seemed confident that his guys would have us back on the road to Phoenix, today, and while it was slightly after 5:00 when I paid the bill, he was right! We had just crossed the AZ border and the turbo boot on our F250 blew. Family in the truck, dogs in the 5th wheel, about a million degrees outside, and of course it's after 5pm. We limped into a semi repair shop and they took a look at a female driver and passenger and diagnose our problem as a radiator hose. Yeah right. We called Larry Green Ford and Mike in service answered the phone even though they had already closed. We described our problem and Mike says it's probably the turbo. He says bring it in. He called a technician back from his house, and is waiting for us when we get there. He's our knight in shining armor for sure!! They opened their arms to us to cool off in their showroom - and even allowed our dogs inside too. We are so blessed they had our part in stock and Sergio (The MAN) installed it in no time. Even the owner came out to meet our circus and to wish us well as we continued our travels. We cannot say enough good things about Larry Green Ford and their incredible staff. These guys rock! Like others have said, milked our way into Blythe with the turbo boot blowing on our 2016 F350. Luckily, it was a Monday and not too busy of a morning. The Service Mgr took us right in and had a Tech working on the truck within 15 minutes. Less than an hour later our family was back on the road complete with a fixed truck and 5'r in tow. One of the staff even suggested a pretty good Mexican food place across the street for lunch! Wish our local dealership was as courteous and accommodating! read more

Today, I enjoyed the best experience in a service department ever. I had a great visit there a few months ago. I had some questions about my car, and the gentlemen who answered my questions took his time with me and he was very honest. I'm sorry that I can't remember his name, though. I went back there today for an oil change - "The Works." I cannot rave enough about this place. Mike was great, informative and honest. It is a very professional and pleasant environment. The technician did an amazing job. I drove off feeling like my car was brand new again. If I could give ten stars, I would. I also enjoyed a fun test drive with Dion. On my way to Az for vacation and my Excursion failed to start when stopping for a break. Not expecting this. The truck was jumped but thought it best to have it checked before moving on. Pulled into Larry Green Ford around 2pm in hopes of a battery change. Well it turns out it was the alternator which they did not have in stock. The service mgr found one for me at a local part store, installed and had me on my way by 3pm, not what you expect from a dealer. Best service and repair ever.
