Along with all this learning and knowledge; I was challenged with live performing on a regular basis. ESOM matches our talents with other music students and we practice and perform as a cohesive unit (a performing band!) which is not only great fun; but encourages regular practice for a common goal. Being a 501c; its also nice to contribute to the enrichment of our small community ESOM provides as well to the needy and those desiring to learn but cant afford.

I had put on custom light strings and still wasn't happy with it's action. I decided to take it to Russell and see what he thought. He took one look at it and noticed that it possibly hadn't been setup before. He saved my newly (night before) installed strings and wow it plays amazingly now. I tried it out and he said "You should hear it from here" so I handed him the guitar and he played some Travis picking and yeah it sounds amazing. Barre chords are coming along better and the guitar feels more comfortable without the struggle. For the record I've bought a couple guitars from him and will continue to add to my collection via Moonlight Music. The work was quick and I had it back in no time.

They…read moremight actually try to show them how to hold a musical instrument or expose them to medieval scrawls they claim are a "musical staff and notes." They know nothing about feeding time for 2-year-olds. I know a 3-year old can't even hold a Stratocaster let alone move the whammy bar unless they are already standing in the Ace Frehley position. They should know that a Fender Mustang is the best-suited guitar for any child 4 or under, the radius is a loving 9.5 and if you put 9s on one, it plays like buttah. And an acoustic guitar is too big for a 4-year-old, mine couldn't even get her hand around the long cross bow handle thing with the plinky wires on it. Go to another school if you actually expect your child to be well-fed and have clean hands when you pick them up.
