The shop owner responded by asking how I was, I said upset now, and she replied how she can help me. How can you help me? Yes, after being spooked by your dog the first thing I'm thinking about is buying something from you. I moved past this and tried to pickout an item anways. While looking at items the lady was kind of short with me. She would answer some new questions I had by continuing to answer my last question, like she wasn't listening or something. I had to repeat I had made a selection a few times before she stopped answering my second to last question and went to ring it up. Once I paid she seemed fine, like nothing just happened that was weird at all. On my way home I realized I didn't buy the right item and my friend called asking about a refund since I was driving. The same lady who sold me the item answered the phone, explained to my friend they only did store credit, and seemed happy or even excited when my friend expressed being disappointed with her response. It really upset my friend. To me it feels like the lady who owns the place only cares about making a profit and doesn't care much about her customers since the only neutral or even positive interaction my friend and I experienced was immediately after she made the initial sale. IDEK what all that was about but there's no way I'm visiting this store again.
