I spoke to David to set up the move. He and I agreed to a price and a couple of other items that I wanted moved. We set a day and time. He called me the day before to confirm the day and time. Then on the day we'd agreed to he called early and asked if he could send his guys over early to move the Vino Temp. I agreed to have them come over early. The guys moved the Veno Temp, a couch and chair very quickly and efficiently. They did a great job!! I highly recommend using them. Very professional and personable as well! They were all very kind and professional and you could tell that even though they were working hard doing something not many enjoy doing, they made the most of it and had fun with it. It is always a hit and miss when you open up a truck after driving it almost 1000 miles but when I opened the truck up at the end of my trip, everything was still exactly where they placed it! I made sure I had plenty of blankets, plastic wrap, ratchet straps, etc so that they were not short anything and they used a lot of what I had there which I was thankful for. We live on the third floor and although we only had one bulky items, we did not want to lift the cal king bed up those flight of stairs. It's like Koko head, but worse! We needed someone quickly as the U-pak company only let us know an hour in advance when they will be arriving. After we got the call, I had to make a few phone calls and came across Brothers. Emmit was quick to respond and able to send two guys within two hours on a Friday afternoon and it was unloaded in 45 minutes. They do require a 2 hour minimum which is standard for most companies.
