I highly recommend the Aguachile de New York Angus Canadiense, and these little gems, La Croqueta de Robalo que Quiso ser Trufa, so delicious and the presentation was fantastic. For dessert we had the Panque de Huitlacoche y Queso de Cabra + Helado de Epazote, one of my all time favorites.
