One of those cases where a 0 star would be more appropriate. No matter how much you are craving sushi, don't go in. Just paid €18.90 for this...(with a total of 8 pieces). One terrible shrimp tempura stick wrapped by rice. The two ends only had shrimp tail so those were just rice wrapped in seaweed. Awful. The menu downstairs is different than upstairs where you actually order and eat. Definitely feel intentionally deceived. There is a spot two blocks away that looks like it's actual Japanese food, I just wish we saw it first.

These ppl do NOT deserve to serve food. I would have rated zero if it was an option. Reviews are accurate to this day (12/29/2014) and we should have checked Yelp for any gotcha's, rookie mistake... The sign boards are no where to be found in the actual menu. The waiter mentioned you had to be a member to receive the advertised rate. Again still not in the menu. The hand-pulled noodle he mentioned is total crap. For 12.90 euro, it was packaged noodles and was not in the menu. Another table called them out on their false claim of "fresh" fish. The ladies from that table complained and walked out. There's absolutely no respect to food or to visitors here. Shame they claim to serve Japanese food, there's literally nothing Japanese about these ppl or restaurant.

This is the worst Asian restaurant I have visited so far. Be careful if you go there (I hope you will never go), because you even won't know what you will be eating or drinking and how much they will charge you. They don't accept bank card and even don't give you printed receipt. I ordered duck with vegetable, but I found two slices of fat from whatever animals, but definitely not from duck. The vegetables were very badly cooked. I heard one guest sitting next table complaint no gas in his fanta. The price: One small bowl of white rice (not fried) costs 3.9 euro, very expensive rice. Also the restaurant is very dirty.

The face of a scam. Leaveeeeeee

ITS A SCAM DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE FUCKING DONT. LIES. ALL LIES So many things wrong with this place To start off, we were lured in with the menu outside with great offers and a load of bullshit. The waiter even came out and greeted us but it's all a fucking scam. When we sat down and were ushered to order drinks, this "all you can eat for €7.60" was non existent. Everything on the menu was significantly more expensive than advertised. On top of that, when we went to pay for our food at the bar, they charged us A DIFFERENT PRICE. We couldn't argue with him because it was an item off the menu. He wouldn't let us pay with card either because it's not a "Austrian debit card"? Even when I explicitly asked if I could pay with my card. Excuse me, who was it that asked us if we're tourists at the entrance? Do I look like I would have A FUCKING AUSTRIAN DEBIT CARD. DO YOUR SELVES A FAVOUR AND EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE ELSE

Yuen China-Restaurant - Lunch beef fried egg noodles

First and oldest Chinese restaurant in Salzburg. I had to rely on their English menu which barely…read morehad photos but if you have WiFi access, check their website and IG. The dishes look way more tempting compared to what we ordered. We ordered from the daily lunch special. Three choices of either beef fried egg noodles (lo mein), crispy duck and rice or vegetarian. For an additional charge, you can add on spring roll, soup of the day (sweet and sour) or salad. We got the beef fried noodles and added the spring roll. Then got the duck and ordered the won ton soup from the original menu. Looking at my photo time stamp, we got here at 1pm and left close to 3pm. It was lunch time but we got seated quickly without a reservation. Took them forever to come to take our order and over an hour to serve us. From asking for an English menu to requesting chop sticks, everything took forever. No kidding, I literally took a Power Nap at the table. It's probably a combination of short staff and European culture but don't expect to be in and out. You would think the kitchen would be able to crank out the lunch specials quickly if majority of the patrons are ordering from that menu. Not the case. The food was mediocre. The crispy duck was more of a sticky hoisin char sui sauce. The egg noodles were no different than US Panda Express with Mongolian beef. It's a decent size for lunch portions. Two others in our group ordered the vegetarian fried noodles with vegetables but it looked to be sauce-less. The other ordered the mince tofu. These were larger portions from the regular menu.

Mixed vegetables very tasty-well prepared. Other dishes we tried: crispy duck was a bit dry but had…read moredecent flavor. The beef dish was clearly made with precooked meat-not a stir fry-and then doused with gravy. Food did not taste fresh with the exception of the vegetables
