I found a dress I liked but it was missing a button. I asked if they could take a few dollars off and they said no. The manager (Who previously ignored me three times on the sales floor) just said if "she doesn't want it just damage it out" instead of making any money they're putting it in some "damage" pile.... Who even knows where it goes? customer service is a 0 out of 10 terrible! Anna was a big help in her advise on the various options we were considering as well as the sizing. Anna provided great gift packaging and organized the receipts and gift certificate, and did a perfect job helping us out. Anna was also very friendly and made the shopping experience better for us. I explained I live in NYC and could not come back. They were so condescending and rude and said "This is a business, we have policies. You don't make up whatever rules suit you". So nasty. Ended up not buying any of the 4 overpriced outfits we picked and left. I will never come back to this place. All the reviews are correct. The staff is disgusting and they're overpriced. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR GIVE PEOPLE BASIC RESPECT!
