He came to our home measured the countertops, the next day we met Carlos at their showroom. We needed 2 slabs based on measurements we were lucky they had a large selection we received our quote from Carlos within the hour unlike other previous experiences. The price included removing a raised countertop, without electric and plumbing, 2 slabs of granite and parts and labor was excellent!, Carlos said we had enough granite leftover we did bathroom countertop. Breanna was so helpful in person and over the phone/email and we were able to figure out remnants for my bathrooms which helped with the costs of my project. She even sent me photos of remnants she had in the parking lot and they were beautiful. The turnaround time was just as promised. The guys that came to template and install were so professional and did an amazing job. The seams are almost invisible. After visiting ten to twelve counter top locations we were very discouraged. Finally someone recommended we go to UMI Naples to look at their large selection of quartz. UMI had a great selection, they do not sell direct. I told them we were having a problem finding some one to do our job. They gave us a few companies to contact. Fortunately Counter Top Solutions was on that list. Almost immediately the story changed, they were interested in helping us. We found them to be expert at their trade, courteous, kind and caring.
