My daughters gifted me a car detailing for Mother's Day and I was glad the certificate was for Toledo Mobile Detailing! It was easy to schedule an appointment and the time frame between my inquiry and the interior detail appointment was quick! I found them to be prompt and easy to work with. On the day of service, they showed up at the scheduled time, worked diligently for several hours and my car, which had only received quick clean outs in the last 6 years, looked immaculate! I have three kids and a small dog and they were able to clean out candy, French fries, dog hair, and fruit snacks! The only thing I had to provide was an electrical outlet. The men worked quietly and throughly and had me review their work and I was very pleased. For less than $200, it was well worth it! BONUS - they came to my house!! It was convenient to be at home and be able to get things done while someone took care of my car. It was convenient to be able to see the progress and not wonder when they would be done or figure out a ride to drop off/pick up my car. A few things to know - have an electrical outlet for outside access, remove all personal items, and don't plan to go anywhere for 2-3 hours after they are done as cloth seats and carpet will need to dry. I give this company a 5* for customer service and 5* for quality! I recently wanted to surprise my dad for his birthday and have his car detailed but had a hard time discussing with other businesses because while my parents live in Sylvania, I am in the military stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii! The time difference, the distance, and the convenience was hard to work with but Ryan at Toledo Mobile was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful through the process and had me scheduled for that weekend, plus all the receipts and charges were easily done over the phone and email! It was almost too easy to have it all done while I'm halfway across the country! The quality of the detailing was great, although I wasn't physically there to evaluate the work done, my dad was more than ecstatic and satisfied. My mom left the car on the driveway and in less than 2 hours, they were done- my dad didn't even hear anything and had no idea! They even took out the change in the cupholder, left it by the car in a separate cup and cleaned out the gunky, sticky residue on the bottom of the cupholder! My dad is also extremely sensitive to strong chemical smells giving him headaches and he said had no problems after the work was done. I just had my Jeep detailed by Toledo Mobile Detailing. They did an excellent job I was so pleased my Jeep looks like it did when I purchased it. I was so impressed with how great a job they did withe the interior.... All the snow we had this year and the salt needed my mats up never did I think they would get anywhere as clean as they did its perfect. My 6 year old car looks as great as it did when it was new. Toledo Mobile Detailing did a super job. They arrived promptly, were courteous and friendly and delivered as promised. The stains in the car's light beige upholstery were completely removed. They buffed out some minor scratches (from the bushes along my driveway) and made the car shine. Clean windows!! Wow! The dashboard looks great. They did a great job on my car, 2 guys spent 2 solid hours bringing my car back to its original luster. I most highly recommend Toledo Mobile Detailing. I dont know the other person's problem. But i always have used them since day one. I had a red ram 1500 that he saved multiple times from my dogs vomit to scratches on a lease. Was never charged for any of the damage because he took them out. I now have a black focus hatchback and had a cardboard box fly down into it and scratch the whole right side, called them immediately and he came and saved the day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Talked to the owner and looked at their website and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. I have a vehicle that wis in good clean condition however wanted detailed to make it look better. The services they tell you they do and advertise on their website is not the work they perform. When asked about it they just deny it and say they did it. They charge closely the same as other true detail businesses and say they provide similar service however they don't. Overall they just do very poor work and are taking advantage of people and disgracing the name of proper detail shops. The owner arrived in his personal car with a vacuum, basket of towels and some spray bottles. The problem is they do not wash the car, they don't have any type of a polisher, no true waxes, polishes, cleaners, no carpet or steam cleaner etc. He just sprayed some quick detailer on the outside and wiped it off, same with the carpets. I have more equipment in my garage to do it correctly. I was so mad after he left, I spent 3 hrs. just on the inside removing the stains and finishing the cleaning I PAID them to do. read more

This is among the worst small companies that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I purchased a coupon for half off a mobile interior/exterior auto detailing through AAA Member Deals. I tried for three days to get someone from this company to call me back and when I finally got through to the owner, he started ranting about how AAA didn't list the offer correctly, had not paid him promptly, etc., etc, When I interrupted to tell him that I was a customer and that I was only interested in scheduling the service that I had paid for, he told me that I was not a customer of his and that I should contact AAA for a refund. read more
