Great service brought them my 2020 equinox for a detail and they got me in the same week i booked and it looked new!!

This was my second time at TST. During my first experience, I got my Chevy Cruze detailed. When I traded that in for a new Civic, I knew that I wanted to get the windows tinted and get the paint protected... So I decided to call on my guys at TST. Just call and make an appointment. Pick a day to drop off your car (you can wait, but most of their services are multiple hours) and it's all done. One of the tinters helped me pick up out the perfect tint, and even offered to show off some of the cars of his coworkers to help me make a decision. Picking my car up... The Civic looks fantastic with the tint and paint protection (TST 5000). Dino explained everything very well and provided a starter kit for maintaining the paint/fabric protection. Overall, I would recommend TST to anyone looking for window tinting, car detailing, or aftermarket paint/fabric protection. Wife purchase a new Chevy Equinox in 2017, and the dealer Knapp Motors in Blissfield sold up an rustproofing package from TST. Well we found rust on the bottom of the driver's side doors and when we contacted TST and were told "seams aren't covered". Really? Shame on Knapp Motors for selling us a bogus product, but not the first time they sold us something that we have to threaten to go to the owner Mr Bell about. Nowhere in the little pamphlet did we see "seams not covered", but we were told by TST to get 3 estimates, "which will be denied" we were told, but they will see what they can do for us. I say watch where you spend your money as there are way too many con artist out there. read more

We took my brother-in-law's 1995 Camaro to TST to have it detailed inside and out. He was a heavy smoker and it had that smoky smell and brown sticky haze all over the interior. TST got the smell out with an ionizer and got the upholstery, dash, and carpeting clean. They spiffed up the wheels and the exterior. What a difference from when we dropped it off. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to them. read more

IF YOU ARE READING THIS I WOULD STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM TST APPERANCE CENTER!!! A couple days ago I brought my 2016 golf r in with 40000 miles in to be detailed. " DETAILED" is far from what they did. My car was not perfect but was in great shape none the less. THIS PLACE RUINED MY CAR!!!!! Luckily being a woke citezen I am I took many many photos of the car before bringing the car in for this "detail". I have included photos of the car before and after this "detail". You can use your own eyes and make judgment. These photos are less than 12hrs before "detail" I've owned the car for 12 thousand miles and 1 year. When picking up the car they tried to convince me that I had hit a magic rock that had jumped up and hit my car right in that perfect spot and then sheared off the clear coat on the way to drop the car off...and I didn't notice this and dropped the car off and then they started working on it and the rest is history. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SH*T! When I walked around the car with the person that detailed the car I pointed out all the areas that I was concerned with. WE NEVER DISCUSSED MY BUMPER BECAUSE THERE WERE ZERO ISSUES WITH THE BUMPER.not the case anymore. They damaged my car and lied to my face to try to cover it up. The person detailing my car stated he took a photo of the damage before he even washed the car. This is a lie. I walked around the car with this same person...we never discussed the bumper because it was never damaged. So now the very next day when you see this said damage that the customer never stated to you, wouldn't that throw a flag?!?!? Also this same person had zero photos of anything else from the car. Just that one spot which they clearly damaged as seen in the photos.Being a frustrated customer as you could imigine all we wanted was the car to be returned to the way we dropped it to them, so we decided to return to point of sale and try to see if we could work out a compromise on this repair. We went in knowing they had damaged the car and we were ready to compromise because this could easily become a he said she said. We walked into the business and what we believe was the owner came out, A larger man. DINO could possibly be his name.He went and got the guy I'm assuming runs the shop area . Some back and forth with that guy and he goes and grabs the larger man once again.... he now has a GUN peaking out of his waistband. Given the racial divide in this country in recent months, and being a person of color it was clear this man was threatening me. He was manipulating his FIREARM so we would see it, not a holder, for what reason we are unsure.. Him being a larger guy definitely doesn't sit all day with this gun or he'd be jabbed in the gut all day, and he didn't have one during our first contact with him moments before. We kept looking at him and the GUN like "I can't believe this mf grabbed a GUN for this, wtf is going through his head" doesn't it seem weird that a business OWNER/OPERATOR would grab a gun for a CUSTOMER that was just looking to have an issue resolved??!?!?!? . This seems really unprofessional to keep flashing a gun at customers, issue with service or not. MY ADVICE TO YOU IF YOU PLAN ON NOT HEADING MY WARNING. 1. TAKE MANY MANY PHOTOS THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE PICTURES AFTER THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR SAYING " THEY TOOK A PICTURE OF THE DAMAGE YOU BROUGHT TO THEM" 2. ALSO RECORD THE WALK THROUGH THAT YOU DO WITH WHOMEVER IS GOING TO DO THE DETAIL. HOLD THE ACCOUNTABLE FOR RUNNING YOUR INVESTMENT. SO IN CLOSING IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR CAR TO BE RUINED, AND DAMAGED WHILE "DETAILING". WHILE ALSO BEING TREATED LIKE A THUG BEING THREATENED WITH VIOLENCE AND GUNS WHEN MAKING A VERY VALID CUSTOMER COMPLAINT THIS IS YOUR PLACE. read more

I have done business with this Company since 2015. I am not an easy person to please! When I give 5 star's to "any Company", you can believe that they earned it! When I 1st had contact with them ,I had a Bull Bar put on my 2015 Xterra. The proof for me is in my pictures, as I have often over the last 3 year's have been heavily complimented,as well as having to deal with other's who were Jealous and showed so by placing small scratches on my 2016 Toyota SR5 4-Runner which is "Midnight Blue" and not Black like it is so often mistaken as. I came here based on a recommendation by Yark Automotive. Unfortunately, TST delivered the worst detail job I have seen. We are originally from MI where I would get my cars detailed once a year. I would like to think I have a bit of an idea of what a decent detail job looks like. While the car's exterior look washed, there were dried water spots and some kind of residue left on the side mirrors and head lamps that I had to wipe off myself. All the windows had that rim of gunk at the top that's left when the full window hasn't been wiped. The detailer did come out and wipe it off, though in hindsight, I have a sneaking suspicion it may have been done on the sly as a way to walk out with me to collect a tip. The interior looked wiped down and vacuumed, but there was still dirt stains on the moulding aside the windshield. The headliner still had dirt and marks on it. The back passenger side hand pull looked liked someone with greasy hands grabbed it. Basically I paid $180 ($160 + $20 tip) for a wash, vacuum and wipe down I could have done myself. I have been a TST customer for years. I took my wife's SUV in for a complete interior and exterior detail. When I went around to pick up the car, it literally looked like it hadn't been washed. There was no way in the world that the car was clay barred, buffed and waxed. It had a flat rough finish to it. It look like I had driven through a high school band fund raiser car wash. The kind where they use Dawn dish soap to spread the dirt around. One of the workers came around and told me it looked great. I told him that it concerned me that he thought that's how a detailed car should look. He used his spot detailer to wipe away the areas that were covered in grit, further adding scratches to all of the missed areas. The manager refunded my money. I would not go back to tst if it was free of charge. Thank God I didnt take my nicer car to them. Good luck tst, I think you're gonna need it read more

Do not use this place they have horrible customer service. Tst lost the key to my car and caused me to be with out my car that i just purchased luckly i got a courtesy car from the dealership where my car was bought and now in the shop at.. thanks alot TST for 3 days without my car when i shuld have had it back the same day it was dropped off read more

I've been bringing my vehicle here the past few years to get it washed inside and out, waxed, and detailed. I'm always impressed with how my vehicle looks when it's finished! If I lived in Sylvania I'd use them more, but I'm only here a few times a year. They are always courteous and efficient. read more

My niece threw up in my car! I called and they got it in the next day. I cannot believe it--my car looks brand new inside and smells wonderful! I had the inside and outside done and could not be happier with the whole experience. Will never have anything done there again, took my Dodge Ram there when I bought it new to have undercoated, which came with lifetime rust through warranty, began rusting through above rear wheel wells, had to fight with warranty company to get it covered, and they refused to cover total cost of repair , would only cover half, and got it back from body shop and they showed me pictures and gave me the old panels they cut out where inside of wheel wells were never rustproofed! Their warranty isn't worth anything, and very poor work! read more

I had my car detailed and the experience was not good. Car's finish was completely flat when they got through with it. I am doubtful wax was even applied. I was told that their paste wax does not shine like the synthetic I brought it in with, but that it would last longer. They burned my finish when buffing on the passenger side. My leather seats still had krud all in the cracks and the rims on the tires were only half clean. When I spoke to the supervisor I was offered half my money back. When I said I deserved all of my money back and that I would be disputing the 160.00 charge with my credit card company, he hung up on me. I would absolutely not recommend this place for your car. read more

Initially went in and got just an interior detail. It was long overdue and with two children, you can imagine what it looked like. At 1st glance, it was a good job! Definitely looked hella better then what it did, BUT, i was inside the garage where they do the cleaning and the lighting is not that great. So i drove home and took another look at it and was not so happy. It looked like an "eh, good enough" kind of job rather than a professional detail kind of job. Spots that i thought were wet spots were actual stains and i'm talking in obvious places in front and back seats. So i called back (not being rude about it) and let Dino (mgr) know and he said bring it back up the next day. When I did, he wasn't all that thrilled but said he'd have them go back over it. The actual worker came out and asked me what I wanted so I showed him and he was like "Oh yeah i see what you mean, I got you. They should've gave it to me the 1st time!" I wish I knew what the dude name was but he got my car looking like I expected it with no problem! So because of that, I'm a fan and will be back! I'll just make sure to ask for that guy though! read more
