I am cancelling my car wash membership Monday and also contacting my insurance company hoping they will chase these people with better luck than i had. The high pressure nozzle that goes back and forth was not working properly, it got stuck on the driver side position and water got into my dashboard due to a constant flow of high pressure water seeping through. Short circuited some dashboard components. Even the manager said that the high pressure nozzle was stuck at the time and video images caught the time of my washing that the equipment was not working properly.
