So, without further ado..... This was the absolute best experience that I (or anyone I've known) have ever had buying a car. My situation is pretty dire. My husband is very sick, we've hit financial unbelievable hardships and I was out of a vehicle. My folks (God bless them!) had been, unbeknownst to me, looking for a replacement they could get for me. And, by a miracle, chanced upon Pittman's. I can't begin to tell you how fortunate I am for that. First, the Pittmans are incredibly friendly, kind, warm and compassionate people. They were extremely sympathetic to our circumstances and listened patiently to all our concerns. They worked within my family's price range to get us into a car that was both dependable and affordable in the long haul (IE: gas mileage and upkeep). They were knowledgable about their products and were willing to go the extra mile to help us. Further, their employee, Billy, was a treasure. He made sure that the car we chose was in top notch condition above the excellent service provided. In general, I simply can't say enough good things about the entire staff. They're all saints in my book. Second, they really stand by what they sell. Apparently, we were the first customers to benefit from their new warranty program. Each used car now comes with a four month warranty, which includes up to $1,500 in certain repairs, roadside assistance and other perks completely unheard of in the used car business. Then, they threw in some of the most incredible extras: in-depth detailing, an oil change, a topped off tank of gas and, most unbelievable of all, a brand new set of tires. How amazing! I understand they undoubtedly wouldn't do that for every customer, but I am here to tell you how shocked we were that they would do something so wonderfully astounding for us. Considering it would've taken me forever to save enough money to do that myself, this was a godsend. I mean, wow. Finally, they also on the day of pick up, had a really beat surprise for me. I wasn't raised in the country, so I was enamored by some of the restorations found on their showroom floor. One of which was a lovely old tractor. Well, when we got there, they'd brought it out for me to drive around the parking lot for a while. How cool is that? For this former city girl, I was in heaven. Not many companies would ever go through so much trouble to make your shopping experience such an unmitigated success. And my family was so impressed by Pittman's every step of the way, that they not only bought this car as a gift for me, but found them an awesome SUV as well. Plus, my mom who is a very shrewd consumer, trusted John and Marla so much, that she sold them her beloved older pickup. It was just a win-win-win situation. In closing, I highly recommend Pittman Motors. If I'm ever in the market to buy another vehicle (which I can't imagine -- this one is so perfect, I bet it'll last forever), I have every confidence that they'll have exactly what I need and will be able to afford. I'll never shop anywhere else again and I'm equally certain that my folks feel the same way. I will gladly tell everyone I know to give them a try and see how extraordinary they are. My check engine light came on and stayed on. I was told that "Mercedes do that". Before I could take it to the dealership, the car died on the highway. They charged me to diagnose it and then said they couldn't do anything. Ended up the engine seized and locked and needed a new engine. Car was trash. Will never come here again and would never recommend them to anyone.

I had an electrical problem with my Yukon and on the recommendation of a friend, had the towing service deliver the dead machine to Dave's shop. Dave was unable to pin down the exact cause of the problem. Not only did he tell me he couldn't pin the problem down, but he did not charge me for the diagnostic time (which was not trivial). After some serious analysis on my part, I believe the problem originated with some detailing work I had done four days before. My point is this: Dave could have easily sold me a battery, an alternator, or both and he didn't. Honesty is nice when you run across it!!!

We needed a truck asap. Mr. Lewis, came out to meet me and told me the price of the truck. Ask me about my credit and I told him what it was around. Well they ran my credit late that afternoon. I called Mr. Henry ,and he said" come on down for your truck." Walked in the dealership and was met by Brad. Mr. Henry was on the phone and waved me into his office. We have the truck that works for us. Mr. Henry had the paperwork done in 20 minutes and the truck was ready for us to leave . For a small town feel. I recommend the drive out to Lewis Chevrolet highly. It made not be the Dallas experience. Hitting the bell and people shaking your hand you don't know and telling you that you got a great deal. We were driving pass Hall Chevrolet when we saw this toyota on the lot. We paid cash for the car it ran very well and the sales man said it had been parked and belonged to a old lady and that she only drove it church and grocery store. So we took it for a test drive it drove very well. We paid cash for it took it home and drove it for about 2 weeks . One day we were bored being at home so we drove out to the country side and to the grocery the pulled into the driveway turned off the car and in about 25 mins. My comes running to the back yard screaming the car was on Fire. It was the most frightening thing that had ever happened to us. The police and fire dept came out to help and the whole neighborhood came out to witness the FIRE. They all wanted to know where i had bought the car. So i told them Hall Chevrolet in canton. I have called the dealership talked to the employees and they have just managed to play phone tag and was told they would talk to Mr. Hall but never heard back from anyone. It took 6 weeks before I even received my car title. I regret ever buying a car from dealership where all you do is haggle over the price and then literally get burnt. The car is still under investigation by toyota Corp waiting on the final results of why the car caught on fire. Im retired, live in the neighborhood down the street and I thought we were all family in this community but was i ever wrong. Now, we are without a second car and sometimes need a second car to get to the doctor. I dont like giving bad reviews this area is my home and I deserve to be treated better then this. Brought my Jeep in today for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited an hour before an employee…read morecame to me to say there was a problem with the tire rotation. He pointed at two of the wheels lug studs on the same wheel next to each other had been stripped and the lugs cannot go on and the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Then he said word for word (this happens all the time). I pointed back at all the metal shaving proving they were the ones that caused it. Then got charged in full for them breaking the vehicle. No offer to cover damage, no lift home and vehicle had to be left in a lot overnight until I can find a shop that can fix the vehicle. Pending small claims lawsuit soon to follow. Please don't let this happen to you. Stripping one of the wheel lug studs was bad enough but to then strip the one right next to it? Avoid at your own peril.

When I pulled up one of the team members said they were closing. I asked if they could take care of me so I didn't have to drive 20 minutes down the road to the next Valvoline that was open until 7:00 and why did their website said they were open until 6:00. They told me it was because they were bought out by some other company. It seemed like a pretty easy customer sat deal especially since they were starting up under a "new company". However, the manager must have wanted to punch the clock more than take care of and impress a potential new customer. Sad as it is - kinda convenient location - I highly doubt I would get my oil changed there now and I am less likely to recommend these guys.
