I'm so sorry you're losing money, Whaley's, but in order for my baby to gain weight, eat and thrive, he needs this medication. So much for the "shop small businesses because we care" image. They've lost all our business and I'm telling everyone I know not to do business with Whaley's. Patrick, the pharmacist, took the time walked me through the entire machine and process of what I need to do and how to do it. I had a lot of anxiety going into this, but Patrick and the staff as Whaley's put my fears and concerns to rest. I do miss my preferable "small town" (population 2,000) pharmacies, however, I'm so very happy with my last switch: from the Monolith: Walmart to Walgreens, here in Fulton, MO. I asked if they would "know me". (We both knew it would take a bit) yet they have, as have I, so that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!
