The people at the Walgreens pharmacy on Missouri blvd were extremely helpful. My wife had just had knee surgery to repair a torn mcl, acl, and two fractures in her knee. The Walmart on stadium refused to fill her prescription until the next day even after explaining that the nerve blocker didn't not work. The doctor even called the pharmacist and he still refused to fill the prescription. The crew at Walgreens set up our account contacted Walmart for the insurance information since I did not have it on me. They were extremely busy and still got me in and out in just under a hour. read more

This is the worst pharmacy by far that we've ever been to. On more than one occasion, they have been rude and or extremely inept. We have had so many problems. Even the property looks poorly kept. I suggest you try another pharmacy. We are currently looking for a different one. Anything has to be better than this pharmacy. read more

I loathe every time I have to come here. The last time they lost the prescription for the lady in front of me when I came to drop off my prescription, so I had to wait a good 25 minutes. Then when I came back to pick up my prescription there was an old couple that was more than frustrated by having to wait 45 minutes for a flu shot - which kind of made me angry for them. I am also on the iPledge program for my acne and they didn't even check my information/iPledge card...not only the first time, but the second time! The second time when I came back to pick up the prescription (an hour and 1/2 later after dropping the script off) they still didn't have it ready because they didn't check my iPledge card. So they had to run all of that information before they would even look at the prescription - then only to find out that they didn't have enough in stock to even fill the script. What a waste of my time. If you love being waited on by slow incompetent people, then this is the place to go. read more

This is a smaller Walgreen's that has most stuff bigger store has. I've been in a few times and left empty-handed only once or twice. I've been with people getting prescriptions and they are always happy with the service they get. I can compare this one to the big city Walgreen's I've gotten very used to. This is one of the nicer ones, as it still very clean and orgainized. I've only been in a couple nicer ones. The sales are good, the have coupons in the paper and usually the service is very good. read more

I switched to this pharmacy because it was closer to my house and my experience has been one nightmare after another. The first time i used them my son had Influenza A and they texted his perscription was delayed. So i called and waited an hour on hold before somone answered to say they were out of tama flu and to try another pharmacy. The next time they accidentally transferred it to the Walgreens off Eastland. The next time they texted me my perscription was ready but when i went in they told me they had no recordof recieving a perscription for me. Then they called a day later and said it was ready. This last time they said their computer systems were down and so they couldnt verify my insurance. Go walgreens. At least they sell wine read more

Ok Walgreens. They are open 24 hrs so that's a plus. The store is a little dirty but other than that it's fine.

The pharmacy staff, in particular Pharmacy Manager Jim Arth and Megan Shushine? have provided poor customer services every time I've had the unfortunate need to get prescriptions from this Walgreens location. Today in particular after 10 minutes on hold Jim answered and promptly hung up on me. After sitting on hold again Megan answered I said "Hey you guys just hung up on me" and was given attitude right from the get go with gems such as "Well I didn't talk to you" and "I don't know you" rather than apologizing and sounding like she couldn't care less. I was put on hold again and then spoke to Jim Arth, the Pharmacy Manager and gentleman that I have a strong suspicion pulled a "Hello? Hello? Click" intentional hang up on me tried to say that the call must have dropped. I was stationary with good service both times, and it didn't drop the entire time I was on hold, and I could hear him perfectly both times so obviously this is not the case. Regardless of whether it was intentional, he also started off the call with attitude right from the get go. I can see where Megan learned her phone skills from. It's no wonder this location has 2.5 stars on Yelp and Google. Jim specifically said to me "You can call 1-800-WALGREENS but they'll just kick it right back to me." He was telling me that even though I myself and tons of other people are getting terrible customer services, and even though you're losing a ton of business (mine included), he couldn't care less, and that there will be no negative repercussions for the way he and his staff treat people. Needless to say, I know I won't be doing business at this location ever again. read more
