Dean came that afternoon, looked the job over, gave me a fair price, began work the next week. He covered my floors, and stairs, cleaned up before he left. Noticed several other issues I had while he was here, one a light in basement, and the other water faucet leaking, he did not try to add things to run the bill up, which I appreciated. The basement was redone sue to a leak less than a year ago, so I was very thankful he saw, told me, and took care of issues that should have been done before. I would NOT recommend Tyler Adams for any project. We hired him a couple of years ago to work on a…read morerental house and it took him months to finish the project. Fast forward to October of 2024- we thought we'd give him another chance. On 10/21/24, Tyler came out and looked at the project... it was hooking up a line to our fireplace. He said he would get us a quote. As of 11/18/24, we had not heard anything from Tyler and still did not have a quote for the project. On 11/25/24, we messaged Tyler telling him we needed this project done and he said the soonest he could get there would be 12/4 or 12/6. On 12/6/24, Tyler text and said he would have to reschedule. It is now 12/18/24 and we have not heard another word from Tyler. Tyler is unreliable! If you'd like a project done without having to beg someone to show up, Tyler is not the person you are looking for! We will never hire him again for anything!
