My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. She immediately set to work pulling together comps in the area, checking them diligently as some of them were actually listed wrong with MLS, presenting us with a very comprehensive plan of her marketing strategy and at the same time, listening very carefully to what OUR goals were. She was 100% ewith immaculate attention to detail. I especially appreciated that she lives locally and understands the unique aspects of this location. We went back and forth at least 3 times, getting ready to list, and then telling her we needed another week, then calling again and telling her we were ready to list again. She was supremely patient about all of this uncertainty and plugged along on her end, making sure she had everything in order in either case. As it turned out, we didn't end up having to list the home and honestly I felt terrible having to tell Danielle that we weren't going to sell after all, especially after the immense amount of work she put it.
