When numbers on the estimate were excessive compared against norms and I caught him in a few lies I requested he not cash my check within 24 hours. I tried to stop payment but the check had been cashed. My friend persuaded me that they would do a great job so he completed approx 3 hours of work but when Brandon could not provide answers, a contract, a license or proof of insurance I knew I had been fooled. I filed with the Attorney General first, he didn't respond to them. I filed with the local district magistrate and he failed to show up for court yesterday. A brief explanation to the judge and the ruling was against him.
