I will tell you, it's so much easier when you have someone that actually knows what they are talking about, explaining all the different coverages and acronyms to you in layman's terms. I didn't go to school to be an agent, nor do I play one on TV so how the heck am I supposed to know what all of the stuff means. If you want really good coverage and want to shop multiple insurance providers but are like the me, and rest of America (lazy), I would go through Trask, they do it all for you. The first claim they challenged the diagnosis of the plumber and wanted me to pay another guy. The second time a pipe broke while under coverage. It took some time to get the billing sent over. I'd let payment lapse, and they said although the break happened while I was fully paid up and covered, since I wasn't covered any longer, they didn't have to do anything. Use literally anywhere else.

The remaining line was crumbling, but was not in a failure condition. I figured I should get a liner installed because I figured I'm at risk of non-renewal by NWC after these two claims. They have not at the time of this writing but I wanted to take advantage of the "free hole" rather than pay more later. NWC offered $1500 to subsidize the liner, which is pretty cool. Overall, I'm very impressed with them. They are timely, and the contractor they work with (Servco) is awesome and very friendly.
