They used the excuse "This is to rebuild your home at today's construction material cost, not the value of your home." I asked the employee what could I change to lower the premiums because the house was insured at double its value. Instead of listening to me, she submitted a new evaluation which INCREASED my already inflated coverage, then said she couldn't stop or reverse the damage she did to me. So as a result of asking how can I lower my premium, she INCREASED my monthly/yearly premium. What jerks!!
