They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, walking us through the entire process. They installed a new grinder pump, at which time we found out the previous company possibly ruined the first pump by not attaching the lid back to the tank when they worked on it, nor did they remove the clog that they claimed they removed. ZHL showed us the clog and removed it. Their team was absolutely the best. We will be using them again for future projects and will definitely recommend to others.

Then, after avoiding me for months I was told, "they still had to make money on the job," so they asked me to pay for all the remaining materials ~$3K, which I did, then they told me they did not want to finish the job after being paid 84% of the job, telling me that I need to hire a new electrician which cost me an additional $7k.
