Briefly described problem and was asked what area I was in and when advised they told I could get someone closer. I mentioned I called due to reviews etc. and he then asked me for more detail. They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, walking us through the entire process. They installed a new grinder pump, at which time we found out the previous company possibly ruined the first pump by not attaching the lid back to the tank when they worked on it, nor did they remove the clog that they claimed they removed. ZHL showed us the clog and removed it. Their team was absolutely the best. We will be using them again for future projects and will definitely recommend to others.
