After a long commute and picking up my medication, I never want to sit in a line for 30 minutes for two prescriptions. I'm only making this review for awareness because when I got up to the window, it took over 10 minutes to get my prescriptions when I got a text and phone call that they were ready two days prior. This location either needs more staff or better organization.

The prescription I have been taking for the past 9 years can carry some unwanted stigma. I have always been tretaed very poorly by the big box pharmacies, Walgreens, CVS, etc. I also travel for work and if I need to fill early they make you jump through hoops, if they even consider it at all. Since using Scripx, my experience has changed drmatically. The pharmacist Simer and Ryan are so kind, helpful, and respectful. I reccomend them to anyone considering using mail order.

I have reviewed this store before and unfortunately it has only gotten worse! I am now being told…read morethat they will not let me pick up my prescriptions because the computer is down and they "have no way to sell or even look up a prescription without the system working and they have no idea when it will be back up" This is CVS, a multimillion dollar company, how do you NOT have protocols in place for if the computer stops working? That is unacceptable! These are people's medications, some need them to STAY ALIVE. I highly doubt there is not a downtime procedure in place, they just aren't trained at this location or simply don't want to do it cuz it's a lot of paperwork.
