He quickly diagnosed the problem and expertly repaired it. Tremendous job, quick response, done right, and didn't price gouge or look to make the repair more than what is was. Today, same 5++ rating. I had a leak in our irrigation line. Again, a call to our go-to plumber, Dave Kalm Plumbing. I talked to Scott (Earl's son) and explained the problem. He told me that Dave Kalm doesn't normally do irrigation repairs, but he'd come over and check it out. About an hour later, Scott showed up. He repaired the break in the line, no issue. I asked him if he would take a look at a leaky drain I had in one of those bowl sinks. Within 15 minutes, he had the leak fixed. And we had a good conversation about military service (his brother is a Marine and flies F-18's, going to fly F-35's!). So, Scott comes to do a job that they normally don't do, fixes it perfectly, then does a job that he wasn't expecting to do, and fixes that perfectly, too. Experts, quality work, professional, dependable, responsive, and very reasonable. I have 36 years of military service and have lived in 24 different houses. Finding a good plumber is paramount! He sat around for 20 minutes just to make sure the glue dried and charged me an outrageous rate and said that was their Saturday cost they should charge me the regular rate because they couldn't come out Friday night but you said you didn't have no one available so I had to wait until Saturday morning and they didn't even give me a quote on the phone before they came out user beware I would call someone else and get a better price believe me if I know never gonna charge that much. I had another person that was more than $150 cheaper I would've went with. I wouldn't even give them a one star rating, but it wouldn't do a half.
