The large travel bus I rented was very clean and nicely designed on the inside. It rode comfortably and the drive was very professional and safe. The ride was smooth and enjoyable with the amenities on the travel bus. I plan on using this business again because of the driver and quality of the transportation.

I attempted to get an Uber there were none available. On a whim I decided to see what a car service would cost, called the first one and the British automated voice turned into a rude lady that said it would be $130 and they could not pick me up for 1.5 hours. I think called Five Star, not only did they come pick me up in black Cadillac in 15 min, they also handled my bags, opened my door, provided water and got to me my daughters event on time. All of that for $100. From now on I am using 5 star for all my trips to the airport.

We had an anniversary celebration planned with 8 people in our party. However, like a prior review…read moreback 7 months ago, the AC was out upon arrival. Clearly, if they can't keep the cars maintained over a 7 month period. Also, the limo had rust on the roof. I felt bad for the driver, who was doing everything he could to get the AC working. However, he was not a mechanic. This was on a Thursday. So, they should have had a backup vehicle available. But no, that was not an option. We ended up canceling their service and everything was properly refunded. The fact of the matter is that this business has not reinvested profits into their vehicles (for whatever reason). Giving this a 2 star only because the driver was doing everything he could to help. Otherwise, it would have been a 1 star. I would not recommend this company at all.
