Their main phone number has a message that says they aren't there on the weekends, but if you have an emergency, leave a message and they'll return a call 'IMMEDIATELY '...I called 4 times and sent 2 urgent emails. Guess what? Yep, not a single response. They provided an email advising they'd deliver my items by 10:15am. No call saying they'd be late, no follow up to my urgent calls and when they arrived 21/5 hours late with the wrong tent I discussed with Kristen (20x40).. unfortunately, I didn't catch the mistake on the quote, and they overcharged for another item, I was stuck with a 20 x 20 tent. When the delivery guys finally showed up, they forgot poles at the shop, so they left for an hour to pick up the missing poles. The guys were nice, just caught up in a bad situation. They called the 'boss' who clearly never learned how to actually act like a boss. A complete ignorant buffoon. She had no explanation for the lack of response to my many calls, or why Kristen didn't pay attention to what she wrote. The Boss tried to resolve the situation by saying ' let me see if we can bring an additional smaller tent, can we put that on your card...I couldn't hardly believe it. We're 3 hours late now and this giant fool tells me she'll try to help and give me your credit card so I can screw you again...well, hell no, that's not going to happen. You've already ruined my event with your 3 hour delay, the wrong tent, and your unprofessional, rude attitude. I would fire someone so inept if they worked for my company. So, I was being generous with the 1 star review. Nobody even checked with me to see if they could do anything more. Just left. No goodbye, no hope it goes well, no I'm sorry, or I apologize for the boss being an idiot, nothing. Got in the truck and left. Good riddance. I will never hire this bunch of unprofessional people ever again.

We had to rush a child out of the slide because it deflated and was dangerous. The pickup was late and when they saw the hole they blamed us and started yelling on the phone. We just paid the extra charge to get them out of our hair but I would not trust the equipment because we followed the weight limit and the hole was caused with only one person in the rental. Let me tell you why. 3 weeks ago I booked a slide on their website for my daughter's birthday this weekend. I paid for it, received a confirmation and all was good, or so I thought. I sent an email today to check that we were all set. Here's what I got in return: "Good evening Rachel, We did receive your booking and have it in our system. Unfortunately I checked your address and you are beyond our free and even our paid delivery zone. I apologize for this inconvenience but we will have to cancel your booking and will issue you a full refund. Our extended delivery charge listed on the website when you booked would have instructed you of almost $150 in added delivery fees if would could even make that delivery distance." I got a cancellation notice right after. Never did I receive a phone call before this or at the time of the email. They did explain that it was a software malfunction. And I totally get that. Crap happens, right? And I will even take some responsibility in that I should have read the delivery FAQ closer. However, they had 3 weeks to contact me. They had my cell phone number. They never called. They gave me no notice. And what would have happened had I not emailed them?! What would have happened on Saturday?! If there was a way to leave 0 stars, I'd be on top of it! I booked Jump N Fun rentals for a bounce house for my 4 year olds birthday party 2 months before…read morethe party. Everything seemed great and the woman I spoke with said she would contact me the week of The party to finalize details. I heard from her on Thursday telling me that the weather may be bad on Sunday, the day of our party, and she asked if we wanted to move forward. I told her that at that point I wanted to continue with our plans to have the bounce house for our party. She agreed and said we would watch the weather and touch base. Two days later, on Saturday, the day before the party, I reached ourt to finalize the details for the next day, since the chance of rain had gone down. She responded and said she canceled our event because "she had not heard from us". She did not bother to call me herself and tell me the event was canceled on their end, and we had spoken two days prior in which we indicated we would keep our eye on the weather.She refused to on cancel our event and I had to find another source at the last minute for the party. Turns out the weather was great and there was no rain so she in fact had no reason to cancel. I do not recommend working with them. They have terrible communication and almost left me with a very disappointed 4 year old.
