Everyone he interacted with while doing strolling magic was impressed with his skills. We also asked him to do a 20-30 minute set while the band we hired went on break. The venue was not set up very well for him to do that, there were issues with the sound and lighting, and the room was full of 100 not very sober people who were not all that interested in watching a magic show.
