They promised to put it in a nice little box. They told me they had to make a special 'hidden clasp' for the pendant to make it look right. I paid them ahead of time and waited a week ( they were going on vacation), then 2 weeks, then 3 weeks. When I called they couldn't find the order and finally said 'he's working on it now'. A week later the wife picked it up ( in a plastic bag), no 'hidden clasp' they just opened the pendant enough for the chain to fit through. Caveat emptor with this family.... Steve.... Where is the 'hidden bail" you charged me $125 for?‍ Just so people understand what a hidden Bail is... you cut gold out of my pendant to make room for the chain instead of putting on the bail you quoted. I prefer to settle things publicly You literally quoted me on the hidden bail, charged me for it and then took gold out of my wife's pendant ( no bail).
