First, an office staff member tried to snow her with some lame excuse which was an outright lie (that once upon a time the original bank name was Philadelphia Coke). Disgraceful. I tried speaking with the staff member with my mother on the phone with me. She is incredibly rude and interrupts you in the middle of your questions. On my mother's behalf with my mother's permission, I had several questions that I wanted Mr. Ron Davis to answer, so left him easily 5 messages to return my call. He has never returned my call to this day. They did correct her tax return accurately, but that experience immediately had me seek out a different accountant for my '23 tax return services.
