I took them to small claims court and won a judgment the end of November 2024 but as of today 2/1/25 I still have not received any money. I have taken my car to 4 repair shops and because of what they have done nobody will work on it so I have a 3000 lb peace of junk. PCV pipe that was installed in the vehicle was also installed crooked and they left my mass air flow sensor unplugged many times. Made small, silly mistakes on parts that were added/checked on the vehicle and when confronted, told me the part degraded in 1 month (the cam follower on the FSI GTI: virtually impossible). I was about 1 week away from a complete engine failure due to this "part they checked" and it is only a $20 part. I will not be going back ever again. Also charges $265 for brake fluid exchange that AT THE DEALERSHIP is only $95!

I was sharing a good cup of Lucky Goat Coffee when a friend of mine recommended this place. I was having issues with my Nissan Altima 2009 and I could not figure out what was wrong. The steering wheel was locked, but the car was powering up fine, so I assumed it was an alignment issue. I'm not a car guru, but I enjoy learning about cars, plus having close friends who are mechanics doesn't hurt. Mark works at Ridley's and he immediately addressed the issue of having a bad A/C compressor and a torn Serpentine Belt. Typically whenever you need a service completed and don't have the necessary parts, the dealership or shop will charge you an insane amount of money. What the general public doesn't know is the reason these places charge a lot of money is due to supply and demand. Fortunately, I bought the parts from Autozone and I only needed to pay for the labor. Having parts already in hand becomes a lot cheaper than having a place by the parts and charge labor on top. Mark was honest about everything and he was a very easy person to talk to. I arrived at the shop around 9:00AM and my service was completed around 1:00PM. Not bad at all for timing. And the price was a great deal. If you need a recommendation for a great mechanic, look no further. I highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone.
