I called for a same day delivery, the lady Karen as very nice, I sent a picture and asked her to Make me something similar. She sent me a picture when it was ready. It didn't look like the picture I provided, it was pretty but I didn't like that it didn't have a flow. It looked like 2 separate arrangements. I asked the to restate and send me a new pic when it was done. They did. Not send me another picture and delivered with telling me. I was happy they delivered with short notice but lose one star because I don't know what the final product looked like. I spent $150 including tip. read more

Very bad experience. I placed an order on September 30 and my money was taken. Later, I was told the order was canceled, but I never received my refund. I have been calling every week and keep being told the refund is "on the way," which is clearly not true. It has been months. Customer service is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This feels like my money was taken with no intention of returning it. I do not recommend this company. Be careful before ordering. read more

Yesterday, I placed an order for a plant and gave the person working there, Karen, all the information except the recipient's phone number (which I did not have). I asked Karen to hold the delivery until I could call her back with the phone number. She said she would, repeating that she would hold the delivery because she didnt have the number. I called today to give Karen the recipient's phone number, only to learn that the plant had gone out yesterday. (There was no urgency in sending the delivery -- it was a plant, not flowers that were on a timeclock.) Fortunately, the recipient was home to receive delivery. But, on talking to Karen today, I learned that the card did not carry my name on it. So the recipient, who has a full time job and was grieving a loss, had to take time to call the florist to ask who had sent the plant -- only to be given, again, not my name but some other random name. So, a day later the recipient *still* didn't know who sent the flowers. When I asked the florist to call the recipient, I was told they'd do it tomorrow. I told them to do it today. I called and was told they had done so, but I don't know for sure. They were very nice, but the language barrier interferred with their doing their job. If I were to do business with them again (which I wont because this was for an out-of-town business associate) , I would text or email all information. read more
