Again, I can…read moreonly comment on customer service as I've still not hired them to do any work; this is just to add more details regarding my deep disappointment in communications with them. On the day of my original review post, I received a call from Mark. He hadn't seen my review, he was calling to follow up, asking if I've had my trees removed yet. we talked a bit with my explaining that we were still waiting for the updated/correct draft/estimate of the full work we wanted done. He said he'd come by, look at my property again and work on getting the estimate completed (I was hopeful); however, shortly after my conversation with Mark (same day), Karen called me, told me she read my review and didn't like it (imagine that) and asked what could be done to get it removed. There was no apology, nor any suggestions or offers on how to correct things! I told her we'd have to wait and see what Mark comes up with. a week later, on July 22, Mark calls me to say that he's come up with a plan that he thinks covers everything I wanted and will have it sent to me...still nothing, so I called Mark on July 28, left a voicemail asking about status. Here it is August 10th (2 months since initial visit) and all we have seen is the company doing work on a neighbor's home, the past week.

We had a diseased 60 foot tall maple tree that needed to be removed, before the harsh weather ahead. We got three estimates. Ervin came in 33% below one of them and 14% below the other. He also offered another $300 savings option but we chose to have them do the complete job, through final cleanup. Ervin and his crew arrived on time and quickly and efficiently cut down the entire tree, mulched the smaller branches and chopped the larger, healthy ones into firewood. It was amazing to watch. The Tree Climber was particularly impressive as he skillfully maneuvered throughout the tree. The tree removal was completed in about 5 hours. Stump Grinding and final cleanup were completed within the next two days, as agreed. It was a pleasure to work with an honorable businessman who is true to his word. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
