It saddens me today to leave this review and to part ways with what I thought was a caring and professional company. I paid for memberships for all my family. But the brushes ripped off my bed cover the other day and I made a claim. The cover is between $500 to $1,000. I've always had the same cover from the beginning of the membership until that day. At no time did anyone show any concern over the bed cover. But they decided they were liable for the damage because they can tell with their cameras that the cover was already damage underneath. Keep in mind it is a solid color bed cover, not see through. There has been no changes to the brackets from the first day I went through the car wash till present day. But, they know more than I and determined it must have already been damaged. I am having to find a new car wash now and deal with the hassel of going through small claims court. It is a real shame thay Tommys Express cares so little for the customers. I was looking forward to a long business relationship. read more

I visited this business earlier in the year. I went to pay the attendant, then ask about recommendation for which wash, he knew which one I should not put my car through since I travel gravel roads. When I ask about the road film from icy roads he offered to rewash if it was not removed with 1wash. He honored his promise and it worked. read more

This Is probably the worst car wash in Jonesboro AR as I was one of their first costumers and on the first month of it being open they scratch up my car and white dots kept appearing on my black and silver 2014 camaro specifically on the passenger side on the first few times I just whipped them off ,even tho it defeated the purpose of taking my car to a car wash if it was going to be even more stained than clean, well after like the 10th time had been going I noticed a 2 Inch scuff on my passenger front panel and i quickly let the manager know, the manager told me he was going to look into it and that it might be an error as it was their first month of being open he told me he would call me in a week and 2 month later the stains that would come off at times did not come off anymore and the scuff is still on my car I approached the manager 2 months later and asked about the claim and he told me that in the video my car still had all that although I'm 100% sure that's not true as when it happened i let him know about it. Now I'm going to have to go back and request the videos so my lawyer can review them him self and I'm going to have to pay my lawyer for a petty mistake they do not want to sum on. read more

Tommy's car wash is my typical go-to car wash; however, today my experience changed my view on this car wash. While going through the wash, I got hit from the vehicle behind me. The light was not green, and our cars are in neutral the whole time. This, of course, was not Tommy's car washes fault, but somehow mine. Thankfully, the woman behind me did not receive any damage besides a broken front license plate. Long story short, I will not be returning. read more
