They spent about hour and half on it and it was really dirty. Everything looked great and brand new when finished. Carpets vacuumed and shampoo and interior wiped down. I am not sure if they offer scents but it smelled clean. I will try out the exterior detail next time. The pricing was little more than I like but everything is expensive in today market. I have a…read more2023 392 Rubicon with only 18,000 miles and had always stored it in my garage and always used touch-less car wash. I needed it to be cleaned since I had coolant leak smell in my engine and I thought why not get the exterior cleaned too. Bad idea. There were scratches on my car, trimming on my vehicle melted and was somehow pulled from its original place. I brought it to a third party collision center to assess the damages and I was told there were chemical burns on my car and rotational scratches from not using the correct buffer. Total estimate is $5,500 in damages! I specifically asked Shammeriffic if they wash and shine the vehicle by hand and they said yes, well that wasn't true. They wanted me to bring my car back in so they can "fix" the problem, but why would I bring my vehicle in if they caused the damage. Please do yourself a favor and read all reviews, not just the 5 stars.
