It turns out there was only one gentleman available at the facility, he was very nice and even offered to help with the exterior of the car, but I want to reiterate they don't have anyone during the week to do anything exterior on the car. So even though the sigh said all the right things to make you think that you were not only going to get the wash and wipe down on the outside of the car, but that you were going to get vacuuming and inside cleaning and the dash done on the inside. This did not happen. they just do the outside wash and you take off, soap and all. No windows, no dash, no vacuuming. This was the ultimate rip off and I will not go back. I will say thank you again to the one gentleman who is working there. Please don't waste your money there anymore.

We checked with our American Express card customer service and they said our card was fine and we had $8,000 in available credit. American Express said the problem was with Waterworx. Now we are considering moving all three vehicles back to Tidalwave on PCB PARKWAY. This is not the first issue concerning credit cards. Every time we go there the screen says our credit card expires soon, do we want to renew it? The credit card we use doesn't expire for two years. It sounds like an issue with whoever is inputting account information in there system. Very disappointed.

In my opinion, it is poorly managed and poorly maintained…read more Equipment is constantly breaking down, leaving customers without working vacuums or compressed air. My car frequently exits the wash full of soap. They advertise armor all for tires, but what they don't tell you is that it doesn't get sprayed on in the car wash. You need to apply it yourself. I was just there today and at least one of the vacuums has been missing for well over a month and again they have an entire section closed off for no apparent reason. The attendants seem apathetic and disinterested in helping the customers. There is one bright exception, a young fellow with a crew cut who works his tail off. I don't feel that the membership is a good value only because the quality of the car wash is so poor. It's definitely an example of you get what you pay for. It's a shame because when this car wash first opened it was very well managed and very well maintained. We were glad to have it. Seems like over time the Take Five people have abandoned this car wash, which is surprising given the fact that it is situated along a well traveled highway close to several highly coveted resorts in the area.
