Let's start by saying that they said it would take 3 hours(we told them it's a van on the phone) , then when my wife got there they said oh, it's $70 more cause it's a van, you would think it would take longer, nope they said still 3 hours. Well for $95 an hour, we were thinking it should be a good job. Then we got the van back. It looked like our 10 year old cleaned it. Windows were clean in the middle, but no detail on cleanliness on any of the edges. Carpet looked like they just vacuumed without shampoo and minimal effort for cost. They did a basic car wash(no polish or buffing) and told us they couldn't do more without paying $80 more an hour because there was a drop of tree sap(less than pencil thickness) and to clean it before they could polish and buff would take 3 hours. I cleaned it off with my finger nail in matter of seconds. All we got was excuses and poor results. Won't be going back or even recommend this place.

Upon exiting I go around back by the vacuums to finish drying my car. There is never that much to do as their blowers do a good job. Also, usually at least 90% of the bugs are either gone or, very little left. The only "beef" I have is the spray that is applied to the tires also coats the wheels. Not hard to wipe off just an annoyance. Money well spent compared to other options.
