Paid for Deluxe Full Service Car Wash and didn't receive it! The interior was still sported and not T all cleaned. When I complained that the cup holders still has some scraps in then the attendant stated that there was no cup holder slip on the door so it wasn't included! I picked the 2nd highest price wash price plus armerol on interior surfaces & tires. My weather tech mats were not touched. Whatever they used on the dash just left streaks. I spent almost $50.00 on a regular to wash car with mats. They said they would clean interior dash, gages, etc. This is a new car 3 months old - not very dirty. Terrible job. It was af they added dirt - used a dirty rag. If this is part of the group that owns the other do-it-yourself car washes; it appears they want you to go to other sites where YOU do the interior. It would make sense as there is likely more money in having 1-2 employees working at a time than 5-6 and having rain / snow days to deal with with their employees. read more

I paid $47 and some change for a car was with ala carte services such as cleaning the floor mats, vacuum the interior, vacuum the trunk, etc. The exterior was nicely done, well, because it was washed by a machine. The floor mats were also clean, however, underneath the floor mats were still nasty. I paid extra to clean the cup holders but they did not clean around the cup holders. I paid extra for them to vacuum out the trunk, which they did not do. I was really hoping for stellar service like the offer at Jimbo's in Milwaukee. Guess I'll take the time to drive way out of my way to receive better service at half the cost! read more

I've been here several times, and the team does a good job. The packages make it easy to customize to your budget, and I'm always reasonably satisfied with the work that is done. I mean, it's a car wash, so no need to nitpick. My car gets clean, and fast. Service is courteous and efficient. I'm willing to pay for that. I did make a suggestion on site today, though. It's frustrating when businesses do not allow tips on credit card receipts in today's world. The workers deserve to be tipped and I know not everyone remembers to carry cash. There are so many workers splitting those tips as it is, that every bit they can get would be helpful. I also find the sign here a bit off-putting. I do not like the message it sends to customers about workers. I understand that a business needs to ensure that their employees are reliable. But this sign is not a necessary way to do that. It sets the tone that you do not think highly of employees from the get go. Good relationships begin with a clean slate of mutual respect. Both parties are responsible for making that happen, but leadership is about setting that tone. I'm happy this business is in so many communities here in the area to support so many jobs, but this sign sends the wrong message about your relationship with those workers. So to fellow consumers: this is a great service, but please bring cash until they allow tips on cards, and always make sure the workers know you appreciate them. read more

This is the worst car wash. The brushes aren't strong enough to remove bugs from your grill, bumpers,, mirrors, and windshield . You pay extra $5 for two people to dry your vehicle, but they don't dry everything and it leaves spots & streaks. I've had this issue every time. When it snowed recently, I noticed that this car wash did not remove snow from back bumpers on several cars ahead of me. And, there's no vacuum for customers. Don't waste your money here. read more

I grew up in Sheboygan County and this was the only place where we would get our cars washed. I recently moved back to the area and I was highly disappointed with the job that was done on my Jeep. I've gotten better quality washes at places that charge less than $10 whereas I paid more than $25 for a car that isn't completely clean and has spots that weren't dried. Additionally, there are mask mandate signs hanging at the entrance, but not a single worker was wearing one (as well as a few customers). Say what you want about that, but it would at least be appreciated if those who actually entered my vehicle would wear a mask. read more

They broke the door handle off my car. Somehow the passenger door was locked after the guy vacuumed. The guy wiping the car down kept yanking on the handle until it came off. Then they tried telling me it must have a recall because someone would have to be pretty strong to yank it off. The lady at the counter was rude and told me she can't do anything. Gave me a card to call the manager which circles right back to the same location. Cost me $175 to fix. read more

I left my wallet in the side door of my brother's truck. His wife took the truck here to have it washed. When she returned the wallet was not where I put it. I found it on the floor below the passenger front seat. I opened it up and all of my cash was gone! The manager and I went through the camera footage and he said there were a few employees he would talk to and call me back but assured me that they take theft very seriously. When he called me back he said on second thought the video footage was inconclusive, he would not speak to any of the employees, and accused me of making up my story and lying to him! NEVER go here! First of all, this car wash used to be down and out until the new owner took over several years ago. In fact I stopped coming here for a long time before hearing there was a new owner and things had improved, and ever since coming back to the wash things have been great! I can't stand the fact that someone can't ask a business to correct a problem, and then simply scare other people away from a very good business by writing a negative review. If I go to a restaurant and my soup is cold, I will ask them for a new, hot bowl....I don' t just go bad mouthing the business to other people. Accidents do happen. My front windshield cracked when one of the associates was vacuuming the interior trying to retrieve a card that was stuck between the windshield and the dash. Adam at Magic car wash said that they will get it fixed through Safelite. He set up the appointment and everything. Even paid for the full $750 for installing the original (OEM) windshield. Normally this place does a great job. I purchased the ultimate car was the last time and they did a shoddy job on the windows and interior. $31 ...I should have just got the exterior done. I told the guy they forgot to put armor all on the tires, he told me that it wasn't included in the "ultimate" wash. One semi-warm almost winter day, I decided to have my car cleaned. Mainly because the inside windshield window was dirty. I decided to spring for the full car wash, with vacuuming included. Yes, my car came out clean. But for the price I paid, I would have expected better. If you are going to vacuum a car, why would you skip the trunk? They didn't vacuum the trunk. My windows didn't come out as clean as I would have expected either. Still dirty in spots. Lastly, I am sure I had change sitting in my cash compartment. Not after I left. I happened to check later and no change. I won't be going back. At least, not any time soon. read more

This car wash doesn't accept responsibility for its employees. I visited recently to redeem a gift certificate. The check-in employee said I could use it on any level of service - even insisting that I choose the best/ultra. Once the car was done, the cashier told me the certificate was only good for a basic wash and said I needed to pay the difference. On November 30th my wife took her car in to be washed and they left the window open when they sent the car through the wash!!! They initially used towels to try and soak up the water. This removed the water that was on the surface. She left but had to return immediately, because, even with the plastic bag they put on the seat, the water was soaked into the seat and was squeezing out. The person in charge that day said that all she could do was use an "extractor" (a small shop vac) which got some water out, but after two days the seat is still slightly damp and has water stains and the floor is also still damp. My wife would have returned again, but could not, because she had to leave town for business and drive 1.5 hours with a bag on a wet seat. We have not yet used the heated seat function in fear that it will damage something further and are hoping it still functions. Not a good experience for the Ultimate $30 wash. read more

Spent $41 for a wash/vacuum/Armor All/leather conditioning/cup holders. I rarely have time to get my car cleaned and when I do it's a treat for me. I was very disappointed yesterday because they did not do the cup holders or the leather conditioning (it was obvious these had not been done) yet they charged me for these services. Now I have to spend time that I don't have to go back, and either get my money back, or make them do what I asked them to do in the first place. i've been going to the full service location since i first got my driving license and they always do an amazing job. they recently opened up a new location on the south side and it so fast! there was a line of oh id say 20 people in front of me and i swear i was in and out in under 10 minutes! they also have what they call tire shine and boy does that work wonders! ive never seen a car wash that has the tires getting shined as an option. i think i found my new favorite place to wash my car! read more
