I went to Tommy's to get my car washed. The back of the car did not get washed because they put cars in 2 feet apart! The car wash mat cleaning machine ate my car mat. I had to wait for someone to come & get it out. They said I could go back through the car wash. There were 6-7 cars in line so I had to wait another 20 minutes. Then they let the man behind me pull in 2 feet behind me so the back of my car did NOT get washed again! When i went & told him, he said I could go back through again. I didn't have 25 more minutes to wait after being there for 45 minutes already. I also mentioned that the car behind me was too close & I could have been hit. He said that would be on me, they are not responsible for that. Wow!! No more Tommy's car washes for me! My car was still dirty on the back after TWO washes. I didn't hit the assistance button, I didn't see one. I was told I could go back through another wash and I did, the 2nd wash, but didn't see the point for a 3rd time when the 1st 2 didn't completely wash my car. Be warned, people will hit their brake and put it in drive in the car wash. If someone causes you to have a wreck in the car wash, they will tell you it's not their responsibility. The car behind me was TOO close to me. Some cars were 6 ft apart but not mine. Too close on both of my car washes. I will find a place that monitors how far apart the cars are going into the wash & tells people to leave their car in neutral!! read more

I bought a brand new car and took it to get washed after having it a few days. The perfect paint now has scratches from the rollers on my passenger side. They weren't visible until the car was fully dry though. I informed the store the same day when I noticed and they sent a one sentence reply saying they wouldn't do anything since I had left the lot. Don't go here unless you don't care about your paint and are ok with scratches that they won't do anything about. read more

I have been satisfied with the service from Tommy's in Jeffersonville, IN. Once I got a scare because the equipment ejected a liquid that did not wash off. The manager was very apologetic and had me go through again. This took care of it and for my extra trouble she gave me two internal cleaning packets. I also like the free mat cleaner. They now have two for the different types of mats out there. The surroundings are clean and the landscaped front and water feature make it a little classier than some car washes I have used in the past. read more

Treat your customers better, I have had some kind an issue since I started coming there, I bought a month car wash, the next month there took another month out of my account without my consent but I liked the wash so I kept it, the wash was suppose to be for a month however I went today to get a wash and because I had to order another Debit card that will not be here until the 4/1 they tried to take payment out once again yesterday, it's still march, its suppose to be a month, I knew I'd have to resubmit my payment when my card arrived, however the women said I'll wave you out of here, I'm very offended she did that; it embarrassed me and I should have gotten the courtesy considering I have had other problems there as well, there's other car washes around and I'll never be back, your business practice is horrible and that's not how you treat people. Beats car too hard causing some damage. Had to cancel membership for that reason. Will break rear wiper for sure.

We were lied to and charged for 14 months and never used the car wash once. The worker told my husband he was going to sign him up and cancel the membership. That was not what he did. When we brought it to the locations attention they did nothing. Horrible. read more

I received an offer for a FREE car wash at Tommy's so what do I do. I ran over to Tommy's and tried it out. There was no wait, though there were plenty of cars going through. The wash was fine and the staff friendly. I may need to sign up for one of their plans. It is cool to pull up and not be too concerned about getting into the groove they have at the beginning of drive through car washes. Tommy's has a nice wide entrance to get onboard. The soap suds are plenteous and results are very good. They were giving away the $20 BEST wash for free. Getting a plan gives you first month FREE and $30+ for unlimited washes each month after. They also have lesser cost wash plans for those so inclined. read more

I had a membership here and took my car through a couple times a week. one day after going through for a wash I noticed many scratches on one side of my car. it is clear these were made by their brushes. They refuse any responsibility. if you don't want your vehicle scratched I advise you not to go there. if I could give a less rating I definitely would. unprofessional managers. read more
