Pretty much anytime I'm on Hurstbourne and have some time, I stop to get my car washed here. I always choose the mid-tier wash for $15, which gets my car clean and shiny. On top of the great wash and the clerks who will power wash the front of your car before you enter -- just to make sure all the bugs and bits are off -- I also appreciate the fact that Thomas has free vacuums for interior cleaning. These have always worked great. You can also powerwash your floor mats. Thomas has those little extra bits that make an experience stand out. Please don't lose those! And I and others will keep coming back.

After that call, I took my car to their offered appraisal and currently waiting for a call back. We used to use Thomas car wash a lot as I saw the value they had for washing cars and good pricing. Their prices have gone up, just as everything else has in the past two years. Unfortunately, I lost my car's antenna cover while at the car wash but didn't realize it right away( kids in the car). I was unable to get back to the car wash on the day it happened so I called multiple days only to leave multiple voicemails and never received any response. It was just an antenna cover, not the end of the world. So I finally was able to stop by the car wash to speak with someone only to have them say they had none. And they mentioned to submit my claim online and (hopefully) someone would speak with me. I doubt anyone will reach out, as it's past their 72 hours of mark. I'll keep y'all posted on any feedback from Thomas Car Wash!

I got the $32 Full Service Wash, which included many options. When I got home, I noticed that the car wasn't adequately vacuumed, there was still dirty handles, bugs still stuck to hood, interior poorly wiped down, lint everywhere, and filthy floor mats. The entire process took less than 5 minutes, and it appeared everyone was in a bigger hurry to leave, than to give my car the service that $32 warranted. They were not very friendly, in fact, I felt they were rude at times. The woman at the booth was friendly, but she couldn't accept cash, so I had to use my card, which I really didn't want to do. Very unimpressed. Won't be back. Got home and had to spend 1/2 hour just to finish the job.

I'm now satisfied with the outcome! I came here to clean my car and was VERY disappointed when the machine that dispenses items to clean your car, TOOK my quarters and didn't dispense anything. I first deposited 25¢ and the machine didn't register it, but also didn't reject it. I tried the "return" button and it didn't work. I then, against my better judgment, tried to deposit 2 more quarters and it did the same thing. While the vacuums were okay, this incident ruined the entire experience for me. Although I didn't have my sticker, I was able to show my registration and it was walked out to me. The associate remembered my husband and mentioned him stopping in. First car wash within the first hour! Since that visit I've gone through several times. Each worker has been lovely and friendly. Always a smile! My car looks great and I can go through the fast pass entry because it sees the barcode on my dashboard. Vacuums are not included and are only $2 for 8 minutes. I brought my son to help vacuum and we knocked out my car working together in that timeframe. If you plan to get several washes, the unlimited package is a good value. I run through once a week of not more - because I can!!

Three kiosks are available to punch in the type of wash and make payment. I had a coupon for a free wash ($26 value). In 10 seconds I'd scanned my coupon and had my receipt in hand. Despite my dogs never being in the car, I've carried Dalmatian barbed hairs into it. Since the sun was out I took more time to grab my car wipes and remove the dust from the dash.
