She works with her wife and they are NLP therapists which isn't really a real therapist. The NLP website says anyone can pay for that certification. Also their evaluations and classes are much more expensive than other providers and they do not have an automated program. Good luck with this group of "therapists"

The office has very poor communication, the receptionist was rude, all around unhelpful. I waited 2…read moremonths trying to get my son in for testing only to find out that while the doctor is able to perform the testing- she doesn't do it in her office. I was only told every time that I called (because they never called me back) that she can do the testing but didn't have the test kit- and was spoken to with a rude, annoyed tone of voice. Finally at my wits end, I asked when she would be getting the test kit and was just told 'she wouldn't be because it was too expensive and she didn't have the right equipment in her office.' I have no idea why that was not communicated to me two months prior. Two months I wasted that I could have had my son in somewhere else!! Why were they annoyed with my calling? Do they not like having new patients? Or are they put out by parents trying to get care for their children? I wish I knew the answer, but hope that no one else wastes so much time and puts up with such rude behavior by someone who is supposed to be helping children.
