And don't even THINK about asking for deferment or any kind of program should times get tight.... they want their money.... they're auto loan THUGS!!! When I finally get one of them on the phone they transfer me to the other's voice mail and tell me that I cant keep calling there and I have to wait my turn. But they can harass the hell out of your day. When payment is made you get a confirmation # but it take them almost 10 days to take the payment from your account.
