I had gotten a delivery notice on Saturday stuck to my door, but I was unable to get there on time before they closed. I went Monday, they said they did not have my package, I went again on Wednesday they found my package but the owner Kenny Luquis would NOT give me my package because of the spelling of my name on the package. I showed him my New York State driver's license which matched the address on the package and also on the delivery slip.I also offered my passport.He stood behind the bullet proof glass shrugging his shoulders saying oh well you cannot have your package. I needed my package desperately as it contained my invisiline trays , my teeth have already begun shifting. I tried to politely explain this to him but he gave me the "oh well" while he was smiling behind the glass. I have been picking up packages for quite some time here and have never had anything like this happen. Who would be so stupid to try to steal a package at a ghetto check cashing place and show them their real ID with their address? This place sells bootleg sex in the city perfume and dusty key chains on top of over charging people for cashing their checks. I got out of character and cursed him out because there was absolutely no reason he could not have given me my package, he just did not want to! I called UPS when I got home and they agreed that the package should have been released to me, they did not understand why he did not do it either, I have already filed a formal complaint with corporate and I will continue to report this business to the Better Business Bureau and every government agency possible I have paid $357 today and called out of work for an emergency dental visit to remold my teeth for the trays that he could have easily given me but he chose not to.This scumbag should not be running a business or interacting with humans. Kenny should start selling his cheap stinky counterfeit perfumes online instead .

She should not work there. she should be fired. this cashing place will loose a lot of customer for having people like her very but very disrespectful . Your personal problems should stay out of the work area but she don't seem to have no type of education Either. This cashier should not receive not even one star.

The lady at the front today was rude in the way she speaks to people. I never have an issue…read moresending/receiving money and because I told her that she was rude she said "if she didn't want to do the transfer of money for me, she would not do it" Nice way to do business. Need to work on interpersonal skills.
