If you want a standard men's barber cut, it probably is good. I showed the woman the picture of my son's haircut that he had when it was just cut. I told her I just wanted it a little shorter in the front. She barely looked at the picture. Before I could stop her she had cut more in the back and started to do a fade cut which we did not want. When I mentioned my concern that the front was too straight across, she just said, "I think it will look good." She then blow dried his hair using a round brush. What 11 year old is going to do that?! I need a cut to stand on its own the way it had been done elsewhere. The cut is neat in the back, but shorter than we wanted. are straight across--like a bowl cut. If I can wet it and brush it, it somewhat is ok and stays to the side. It was not woth what we paid. I'll go back to where I went before in Elk Grove (I only went here because we had errands). read more

Tom and the other barbers here do a terrific job with my son's hair. Tom knows how to handle kids--he puts cartoons on for him and knows just what to say to him! I'm always impressed with the line that Tom is able to get--even if my kid is squirming--it's so clean and straight. I even get comments from strangers about how nice the haircut is(!) Nice and super friendly. But I went in for a haircut and in the middle the lady just went at my beard with clippers!! I didn't ask for a beard trim let alone a butchering!
